hi angels so i just wanted to post this to let you guys know i might not be ... as active today and tomorrow and a bit into the next week. the relationship i’ve been in for 3+ years just ended and i’m ... dealing with it but am a lot more upset than i thought i would be and i really can’t .... find the motivation to write right now. i promise i’m not abandoning the group / my characters i just need a day or two to like .... sulk

     the saturation of another day setting aboard traced across the flooring, leaving imprints from the curtains on the floor & her flushed cheeks, as she rose to grasp her robe as she slid it over her delicate skin. it was another tussle in the sheets & she wouldn’t speak out loud of how angelic he looked in the sea of them, now wrinkled & tainted from another rendezvous of her own doing. upon hearing his words caused the corners of her lips to fall into a response of laughter as she tied the satin ribbon around her blossomed hips. “ i so happened to have the ice prior to you arriving, since you took a DECADE with those legs of yours. ” she commented with a faint grin, back still turned as she glanced in the mirror & held her newest set of jewels, diamonds & silver, to her neck to watch it glisten for a moment’s pass before making a beeline for her liquor tray. “ i’m not making this weird. ” juliette protested, the raspiness of her southern accent caught at the very end as she poured the amber liquid into each glass, filled with a few ice cubes each from the crystal adorned bottle complete with a stopper.

alexio may have had a bit of a reputation for ending up in the beds of others , or having others in his own bed , and he wasn’t ashamed of it and this , despite their known bickering , was no different. they had a good rapport and he had to admit he enjoyed the view after. ‘ they’re very long but i was a bit distracted by my phone and the long , long walk. ” alexio speaks dramatically , chuckling softly as he sits up slightly , eyes still following her walking through the room. he watches curiously , observing the glistening jewels for a moment before his sight switches to the liquor. he realizes he doesn’t know all that much about the other but then again , xio had never really been interested in asking people about their upbringings. it just wasn’t something he found interesting. however , the whole elegance of her in general was intriguing. he laughs then , hand waving at her comment. “ come here , then. ” he speaks , leaning back on his elbows. “ unless you’d prefer i walk around naked , of course. that’s always an option. ”

at the mention of hooking her up with someone, temple’s eyebrow cocked and her head tilted slightly, as if questioning him. “help find someone for me?” she repeated his words back to him, confusion laced through her words. “interesting how you wanna play matchmaker right now, but wouldn’t let me even set you up on one date with someone the other day,” temple snapped jokingly, referencing their text conversation from the other night. she knew alexio was not exactly… a relationship type of guy, but one date to humor her would not have hurt too bad. “some of the best stories are stories about you that someone had to tell you the next day,” temple grinned. 

“ oh my god. ” alexio groans , running a hand through his hair. “ okay , you making me go on a whole ass date is different than me helping you find someone to fuck for a night. ” alexio was in no means interested in going on a date with anyone. at least not someone random that temple picked for him. not that he didn’t trust her type , but he didn’t want to get anyone hopes up. “ i don’t want you to pick someone that thinks it’s a serious date. then they’ll get attached , and then it’ll get messy and no one wants that. if you find someone who wants to give me attention all night and wants no commitment , then i’ll agree. ” he adds on , not wanting to disappoint her. he laughs then , nodding his head. “ you’re totally right. sometimes i can’t even find anyone to tell me what happened. woke up alone on the top deck once. naked with three empty bottles around me. thankfully it was like , 6 am. ”

alexio is immediately laughing , a grin on his face as she’s clearly not amused with his response. he thought he was being perfectly reasonable but hey , maybe not to other people. drunk xio certainly was a nuisance though , she wasn’t wrong. he shrugs then , a hand running through his hair. “ well , if i was drunk enough i’d stood to public nudity just for fun. ” alexio points out like it helps his case. it certainly doesn’t. “ i’l have you know , however , i was only kidding. i’m respectful and wouldn’t want to make anyone that uncomfortable. ” he shrugs again , a chuckle leaving his lips after. “ besides , there isn’t much need to enticing. ” he adds on , a wink included for a bit of irony and perhaps annoyance tacked onto the end.
