hellooo! this is probably (it is) an unecessary info dump about myself, read at your own risk

i've been on this site for a bit but i finally realised that i hadn't made an intro post (i have another in my drafts but im too lazy to finish it) so instead of introducing myself in the classic(ish) way i'll just tell y'all some things i want to

✰ i LOVE PATTERNED SOCKS, i have so many funky and cool and colourful socks, that i think aled and frances would be really proud (i think they'd like cool patterend socks a lot)

✰ classic literature is THE SHIT, i started crime and punsihment and that's one of the greatest things i've done this year and it's so amazing, i don't think i can go back to most modern lit books (i don't hate them at all but i think i'm too attached to this amazing writing and plotting and everything) i also started reading frankenstein, dracula, pride and prejudice, and i've bought wuthering heights and mrs. dalloway

✰ i like to write, an personally, i think to some extent, i write well. I really wanna write fanfics but the thing is that i dont ever finish anything i've started. rereading radio silence and listenting to universe friday motivated me to create my own little world and write as a charater, so mayb i'll post that from time to time. DO NOT feel confused if i post a work in progess because as i said, i leave my writing unfinished

✰ i do photography, like, a lot of it. mostly of landscape and nature

✰ marvel. this is my soul. no more words needs to said.

there's something so special to me about ned, who always seems to be sidelined by the writers for peter and mj, being the one to remember peter before even mj could. the way he was trying to unmask spiderman for himself, the way it felt like he needed to find him, and the way it was still muscle memory for their handshake, the handshake that triggered the memories. heck i really do feel like the movie was setting up for ned to remember the whole time.

He put in all this time and effort into finding Spiderman when really deep down he was just trying to find Peter. He didn’t know they were one and the same he just wanted his best friend back and did so in the only way he knew how.

Also I really like how they had Peter apologize for kissing MJ, like in that specific situation there's not really any way he could have known it was all a ruse, but its still really nice that they had him explicitly apologize onscreen for violating her boundaries

What do you mean he let her into his mind so the memory of his aunt could comfort her when he couldn’t and than took a bullet for a girl he knew was hurting as much as he was?

What do you mean she stayed by his side using her powers to keep him alive in the room where her sister was killed despite the danger because she couldn’t bare to lose him too?
