Okay so this freaks name is Alek Gwenlyyn and he's from Wales but went to Japan to go to UA and was Horrified at the sheer number of villain attacks that occurred. Yes he has a British accent. He's a brit. <3 just straight up ask him if you wanna know more :3
Quirk: basically he has bird traits. He has the big wings to fly and the weird tail thing for balancing with but also very good hearing and eyesight (and piercing horrifying blue orbs) and is extremely particular about keeping his feathers all nice and neat. He's very proud of them. So basically his weaknesses are Real Loud Sounds because of his sensitive hearing and small spaces because like. Bird man. Bro needs a lot of room all the time or he will panic.
