I’m losing my closest friends due to my mental health and other issues and they’re saying I’m just ‘using excuses and switching the blame’

I’m at my lowest point in life and I can only rely on my friends to keep my mind off of things, and they aren’t helping at all.

I threw up twice or three times outside, on the floor in my friends house, in a bowl like 5 times, a bunch of times in a bag in the car, and a bunch of times in a bowl at home and I woke up in the middle of the night to throw up again💔

I still feel sick and honestly I’m surprised I haven’t thrown up my organs yet
