Missed me and my photos? I've been busying on #TorontoTaste which is happening June 7th at Corus Quay. I am honoured to be the Co-Chair of this incredible event! Each ticket sold to Toronto Taste provides 500 meals for those in need. 40% of @2ndharvestTO's food recipients are children, and so your 1 ticket to Toronto Taste feeds 200 children and 300 adults a nutritious meal using food that would otherwise be wasted.  I can't imagine a better reason to spend a Sunday evening sampling the best food and drink Toronto has to offer!  In order to make that happen, the Toronto Taste and Second Harvest teams are working hard putting the finishing touches on Toronto’s premier gourmet fundraiser. We are wrangling an incredible list of wines and spirits for the Fine Wine Auction, prizes for both the Silent Auction and the Live Auction. 50 restaurants and Chefs city-wide are creating special dishes and donating all the food and staff costs to show up and serve 1500 guests. 30 beverage purveyors are selecting bottles and making custom cocktails, and again donating all the costs to pour all night. Together with over 400 volunteers we’re setting up lakefront at Corus Quay, so you can taste these mouth-watering gourmet dishes and libations all in support of Second Harvest’s food rescue program.  Don't miss this!
