That’s absolutely the capper on the short-notice reservations for this trip. Aloette is quite the hint into just how interesting Alo and Alobar will be when someday I have the opportunity to plan ahead in advance. The vibe is chill, basic, nostalgic, but also restrained…high cuisine wearing a neighborhood diner costume. Hyper-attentive staff, detailed and balanced dishes, perfectly staggered waves of plates ordered, and every single menu item we ordered absolutely slapped. Summer ☀️ is here and it is that time when you recreate your favorite BBQ dishes 🫕. I just revived the famous '𝗖𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀 🍢' snacks from the fritters leftover and it came out super delicious.🤤 Cajun Potatoes are a creamy and tasty appetiser or starter made with mashed potatoes with creamy mayo/chipotle sauce. basically it is an extension to the popular meat-based cajun recipe for the veg or non-meat eaters. 😍 This home-cooking is getting more addictive as I am learning so many delicacies from the masterchefs from all around the Instagram community.
