My morning was a bad one with my busted phone and uncooperating laptop at work, but like that song from one of my favorite musicals, I just bake my worries away. ❤️ 🍞🍌🍫 🎶 “I can fix this / I can twist it into / Sugar, Butter, covered pieces / nevermind what’s underneath it / I have done it before / I’ll bake me a door / to help me get through / I learned that from you / Mama, it’s amazing / what baking can do!” 🎶
To be honest, I lowered my expection for this movie after reading tons of reviews saying this is not a very good film. I must say that it impressed me, gone are the days of really dark scenes (ehem BatmanVsSuperman) and tons of talk (ehem BatmanVsSuperman again that made me literally sleep lol). The character build up is there but quite rushed, action scenes are good, screen time focused more on Batman and Wonder Woman that you almost wonder if this is a sequel to Wonder Woman. 😂 The light scenes are good, some are ‘pilit’ though. Lastly, some scenes are 90’s superhero movie cliches that must be burried in the 90’s. 💀 Haha 6.5/10 ⭐️ (at Trinoma)

#ThorRagnarok is hands down one of the best films Marvel churned out for the Cinematic Universe. Layers upon layers of story with lots of comedic scenes to ease the tension. Cate Blanchett was PERFECT for the role of Hella, she was hella good! (sorry for the pun lol) Overall a great film in preparation for #InfinityWar next year. 9/10⭐️ (at Central Square)
