aubrey was too prideful to rid herself of her heels before stepping foot inside the apartment despite the fact that they had been killing her for hours at this point . but as soon as the door was closed behind the two of them , she let out a sigh of relief and started getting comfortable in the entry way– jacket and heels removed in an flash . “y’know , i’m proud of you . you made the smart choice of coming home with me tonight instead of that douchebag , she voiced her opinion to her friend . her belt came off next and the items were left haphazardly around her apartment . “i didn’t even have to use the handcuffs ,” she joked before turning to alexis with a playful glint in her eyes , “which is sort of a shame . you’d look good in ‘em .”

alexis’ night spent arguing with xander, dancing with strangers and drinking and a hell of a lot of alcohol. she was still feeling the buzz despite finishing her last drink over an hour ago, she was glad though that she decided to go home with her friend rather than xander, dealing with him could wait until tomorrow. stepping into the familiar apartment, she pulled off her shoes as aubrey did, chucking them to the side of the room, moving over to be closer to aubrey, a smile forming on her features. “me too,” she hummed, her eyes widening ever so slightly at the mention of the handcuffs, now a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips, “the night is still young,” she replied in the same playful tone aubrey had given her, placing a hand on aubrey’s arm softly, she was clearly still quite tipsy.
