q. What is Scarecrow AU ? a. The Scarecrow Glenn AU is an alternative universe following the events of Be Kind, My Neighbor in which Glenn Harod is resurrected into the body of a scarecrow. The AU follows the canon events of the novel, with the main difference being that Glenn is resurrected by Lady Trudy thanks to Alfie Funtimes.
q. How long have you been going at this? a. 2022! I believe around September I randomly realized that Glenn kinda resembled a scarecrow and we decided to go from there. It all just formed from a random observation I had :) now it's our heart & soulβ¦
q. Scarecrow Glenn design pls :)? a. π§‘π§‘π§‘π§‘π§‘
q. What does any of this have to do with the rainbow haired guy? a. When Alfie met Glenn, he was already involved with Lady Trudy for a penace in treating his stomach paralysis. When Glenn was killed, Alfie asked Trudy if there was any way to bring him back. She replied She could if Alfie brought back a vessel and Glennβs essence: an original part of Glennβs body and a new body for Glennβs soul to inhabit.
q. What is Alfies penance? a. Saving a life every month
q. What's that fat bird all about? a. ibby (short for Ibucrowfenπ) plays a small role in the story β he is an animal companion for Glenn that originated from Raroldβs corn field
