Film

Film can act as a time capsule, encasing every movement and every bit of detail you're seeing at that exact moment. If it wasn't for film and the ability to record sound, we wouldn't be able to observe the changes within our culture such as the way we talk and how this has developed over the past hundred years especially. Being able to capture and treasure, even the small things, is something we take for granted in our current culture. I honestly wouldn't have the interests that I have now, such as my love of nature and the urge to be surrounded by it or my extended interest with history which has been enhanced by historical documentaries. When given the chance to do so, we can create amazing imagery and memories.

Moments in life

There are really hard times when you have to draw something you really enjoy to an end, despite how much it will hurt. Ending that certain something will probably be the hardest thing I'll ever do, but I know it is for the best in the long run as I cannot carry on knowing what is happening behind my back and it is known that I know yet it still carries on. In the spirit of the New Year, it's time for a fresh start and to get rid of everything that was doing you bad. It's time to get on with life and try to forget what has happened.

Life without a modern phone

It's weird! It feels like I have gone back in time to where you literally just had a mobile phone as a phone and your only way to access the internet was through the computer. The only reminders that I am within the current age of 2014 are the other people I see about on my way to work who are constantly attached to their phones.
