It even uses water harnessed from the Japanese Alps! The makers of this dessert say that it tastes like a traditional mochi, which is sweet and usually sprinkled with soybean powder and paired with brown syrup. The dessert is refreshingly cool, tasty, and meant to melt in your mouth.
