Hi! I haven’t post an update in over 2 years so i thought it could be interesting to let you know how I’ve been. The first picture is from October 2017, by that time I still had a few bald spots, which happen to be my last ones. Hair started to grow longer and longer and I haven’t had any more bald spots since then.  The transition to long hair again has been painful at times but I’m more than blessed for this recovery. As you can see, I couldn’t help it and I shaved the back of my head. He he  Turns out I don’t like my hair right now. Short hair just feel a lot more like “me” and I just don’t feel confortable with long hair anymore, but I have decided to let it grow so I can donate it to someone who needs it ♡ 

There’s hope, my friends  ♡

just me bein’ a bald lil flower. i have alopecia areata which is an auto immune disorder. it causes hair loss on the head, face, etc. basically anywhere on the body.

just wanted to make this post to spread awareness about AA and that being bald isn’t a bad thing.
