(quick disclaimer I'm not sure if this info is 100% accurate but to me it seems to be)

so do you see the image above? well if your looking at my blog you've probably seen it ALL OVER weirdcore/oddcore/liminal space/ nursecore tumblr. And I was SO desperate to find out where it was taken. The image was just to intriguing to not find out where it came from. And guys. I think I found where it was taken!

According to my research this image was taken at the Rolling Hills Asylum. This picture was posted to trip advisor by a man and his wife who enjoyed their visit at the Asylum.

HOWEVER this is actually not the original picture here's the original picture:

It seems that the other image might have been altered with a color hanging photo editing tool of some sort.

Rolling Hills Asylum‬ is located in East Bethany New York and has quite a rich history! The asylum is even rumored to have paranormal activity!

however I don't think I could do it justice. So I've linked the official website the history page of the official website, and the trip advisor review containing the image. Anyways just wanted to share this!
