Rendang Chicken Today I made a Malay traditional food, with a string spices and coconut milk. In Indonesia, People in Sumatera island this food is quiet famous.. It's really tasty, but it takes time to make it. Except chicken, people make Rendang from meat, i will update the ingredients soon :)

Rainbow Chocolate Chips Cookies That is how Nazha my eldest son call it, and he insist to mention his name if I happen to post the picture of the cookies i made for him and his little brother. My kids & husband love it so much, Will post the video of it as soon as i make one about this :)

Stir Capsicum Chicken 1st section: - 250 gr chicken fillet - 1 red capsicum - 1 yellow capsicum - a glass of water - 4 tbs of olive oil 2nd section: 6 garlic cloves 1 big shallot / 6 small shallots 1/2 tsp of peppers 3rd section: 1/2 onion 1 tbs lemon juice 2 tbs sesame oil 1 tbs teriyaki sauce 1 1/2  tbs salt / to your liking 1 tbs sugar

A yummy dish to have with rice, you can see the video of how i make the stir capsicum chicken. It's taste sour and a bit spicy,you can decrease the lemon ,or sugar or also salt to your liking.

Lemon Melt Cookies Another trial of making cookies.. It more simple than watermelon chocochip, but it's also taste yummy.. With the taste of melting lemon inside cover by the sugar powder.. Will show you how to make it, still want to add some experiment on it :)

Watermelon Choco chips cookies This evening I just got an idea to make this cute cookies.. Well actually this is my very first time make cookies.. I made some cakes a few time but not cookies..

I’m quiet surprise to see how quick my boys finished all of those cookies, they said they love it.. My eldest said it tastes like brownies, crunchy but soft..

And my youngest don’s say a word, he just focusing to finish his cookies..and looks very disappointed when there is no more cookies..

So .. If my kids love it, for me it means great.. I will try to make a proper video later, when i make this cookies next time.

Crunchy Fried Banana

Hello, This is my first cooking video and my 1st post on this page. On this video, I wanna show you how I make a crunchy fried banana, that I use to make for my kids and family.

It's very easy and simple, with or without topping like chocolate, peanut butter, jam, palm sugar, etc.

Ingredients : 4 Ripe Bananas 200 gr flour 1 egg 2 tbs sugar salt to your liking 1 glass of water 200 gr bread crumbs vegetables Oil Topping : Chocolate, caramel, blueberry jam, Strawberry jam, etc
