Often travel across the galaxy to study other planets and meet creatures (if there's any) Their brains process things very quickly, good memory

Detrimental side effects come from being in solitude. Affects physical and mental health!!

Solitude mental side effects: Depression, anxiety, confusion, brain fog, memory lossSolitide physical side effects: Fatigue, lethargy, weakness

They are more prone to illness and lose their bioluminescence when in solitude

They quite literally can't survive for long in solitude

Paxi can have hair like extra head protection that can be styled for cosmetic value

Paxi do not have noses, their skinny antennae are for smell, and the thicker ones atop the head are for sound

the idea for artemis and lucas's world

A young alien who lands on earth in the U.S. during the Old West era with their peacful space traveling crew. They join a group that's a mix of vaqueros and cowboys. Their crew die in a run in with outlaws, leaving them with the group. More specifically they're taken under the wing of a vaquero known for his creativity and poem/songwriting. Outlaws attack the group once again putting the two in great danger, the vaquero sends the alien off into space on their ship. The alien drifts in space alone for quite some time, sometimes making brief contact with other beings through radio. Eventually they end up returning to earth (don't know yet) and meet the descendant of the vaquero, Lucas Flores.
