(FERMENTED HONEY )

Honey has been eaten by human for thoussand of years. it is one of the most sustainable, most delicious and most healthy sweeteners available for us. the fermentation of Honey increase its benefits.

Ingredients : Honey, yeast, water.

No preservative/artificial food coloring agent.

Dry, slightly sparkling, golden transparent, infused with vanilla beans. 12% ABV

Homemade fruit wine made with organic Dragonfruit (Buah Naga). Made with  love and higienically processed to get the best fermentation result.

Ingredients: Dragonfruit, yeast , sugar, lemon, water. no preservative, artificial sweetener or food color added

Full body, Red-magenta natural colour,15% ABV.

Homemade manggo beverage made with local "Arum Manis" mango. Available only on it’s season (september - January).

Ingredients: Seasonal Arum manis manggo, yeast , sugar, lemon, water.

SIRSAK FERMENTATION

Our local wine, produced since 2012. Traditionally made with local exotic Soursoup (Sirsak) fruit.

Best Chilled before serve.

Made with  love and higienically processed to get the best fermentation result. No preservatives / artificial food colouring.  Ingredients : Soursoup fruit, sugar, yeast, water 14-16% ABV
