which includes vintage covers and original inside pages for a series of mostly leftist /theoretical and some literary irl books! titles include the communist manifesto, gender trouble by judith butler, women, race & class by angela davis, orientalism by edward said, tolstoy's anna karenina, v for vendetta original comics, and many more.

fully functional and FREE!

all books have in-game effects: either skill increase or focused, inspired, flirty, or energized moodlets.

skills include logic, charisma, and research and debate

should be mostly base game compatible (but lmk if not and i'll do my best to address it), research and debate skill ones require Discover University EP

they are divided between leon's books and constance's books, since i created them primarily for my own and @chiamomo 's gameplay (constance is her OC). see below for the in-game previews:

i made much fewer books for constance because the sims 4 already has a surprisingly wide selection of base game books about music, poetry, and parody versions of various irl literary classics that constance would be interested in reading. i felt a need to make leftist books particularly because there was none in the game (not surprisingly lol).

"Evegreen's Heart" Motel | NOCC Lot

This motel (known in some circles simply as “the dump”) is famous for its affordable room rates. However, there is one problem: the room on the third floor is haunted by such terrible rumors that no one wants to rent it. On the other hand, there is a grocery store and a small café within walking distance of the hotel (and around the corner, you can have your fortune told for a nominal fee!). In short, just come on over.

Location: Evergreen Harbor, Pigulock Manor, 30x20, NO CC lot with no-cc-paintings. Lot type: Residental Rental. Six rooms, four of which have access to a small balcony.

Playtested, no object flickering.

Note: This lot may be a little heavy for some laptops due to the decor (especially those damn grocery stores that kill my buildings every time), but this build has been tested by other people and everything should be fine. Reed Beard - EP 19 Enchanted By Nature Beard Without Flowers ᯓ★

WOWE guys! I made a mesh edit!!!!

Very simple since this is my first time learning how blender works. The second EBN came out I was disappointed to see that the flower beard didn't come in a flowerless version. I wanted to have my sim Reed use it...so I slowly but surely learned how to do it myself with some much needed help from @crazy-hazy-sims (THANK U SM!)!! I removed the flowers and slightly edited the mesh because it was a little wonky where the flowers were placed, so I just smoothed out the sides. I also made it BGC!

Use with @aithsims4 Beard Flowers to add any flower swatch to any beard swatch!

Only LOD 0 but its only 906 poly so hopefully thats fine

Retro House with an Alien Secret - residential, no cc

A classic retro suburban home, poorly maintained and poorly lit. A secret staircase in the half-basement leads to a bunker lab filled with secrets and conspiracies 👽.... The owner of this home has been long-abandoned by their family for their obsession in uncovering The Truth™️but they stay true to their mission.

This was supposed to be my final Halloween build but it's a bit late! This build is a combination of my two favorite things: dingy realism and aliens. I def wanna do more builds like this!
