“It’s fun to experiment with hairstyles, but sometimes, you just don’t feel like you’re in your element. Personally, I miss having my hair a bit shorter. I did grow my hair out a bit for the wedding, to give my stylist some more to play around with. But, now it’s gotta go.”
“It really is, I’ve been experimenting mainly with colours since I was a teenager, but never with styles. Well if you miss it that way, maybe it would be good to give it the old chop.”

“You know, I never thought much of going on blind dates until I just went on one and got set up with someone who is still in high school,” Reese groaned. “I never thought I was destined to die alone until he spent all damned night checking his watch because he had homework. When asked what he was studying, he tells me he graduates high school in the fall. He’s 18, and legal, but still! Then when I get up to go home, since he’s just a baby, he proceeded to pull out these lame-ass pick-up lines to try to take me home. Do you think it’s too late to start a Tinder or should I just resign myself to the life of living with too many dogs? I mean I already have one. What’s ten more?!” She offered her company a slight smile, before shaking her head. “I’m sorry. Me rambling on and complaining is rather rude. Tell me about your life instead, let me live vicariously.”
Alisa stayed quiet as she let ramble on about what happened to her. “Well don’t worry, I am still single and I might end up becoming a cat lady myself.”She said before letting a gentle laugh escape her lips. “Well I’ve mainly been busy with my music and also taking care of my cat who had quite a lot of fun while I was taking down decorations.”

“It doesn’t look bad,” Dom shrugged, not knowing what else to say about her hair. “I’m sure if you wash it your hair will go back to its usual texture. Like, isn’t that just done with a curler?”
“Thanks, I will tell my friend you said that. Oh she used both a curler for the smaller pieces and hair curlers for the rest. I looked quite interesting with all the curlers in my hair.”

“It’s a commitment, alright. Especially if it’s very different from any style you’ve ever worn before. And yeah, I hope it cuts down on shower drain clogs. My husband is also sick of my hair clogging the shower drain,”
“I’ve had my hair wavy, if my hair isn’t straight it’s wavy,but never have I had it this, poofy before. Well I’m sure that you will look great with shorter hair.”

“Yeah, I mean it’s different, but I think it’s nice,” said Hodaya, “I’m thinking about chopping my hair to my shoulders. It’s starting to get too long, and my shower drain is always full of hair.”
“I don’t think that I will be keeping it for long. I wouldn’t know how to take care of it properly. Oh that does sound like it would help your shower drains, that can be a pain in the butt.”

“New year, new you?” Dominic asked as he pulled out a bottle of beer from the fridge, assuming the curly haired blonde had been talking to him. The bar wasn’t especially busy that night, and his regulars had come and gone must faster than he expected. Rather than stick behind the bar, twiddling his thumbs, he figured he may as well keep himself entertained.
Alisa looked up and chuckled softly,shaking her head a little bit. “I wish that was the case, but no, a friend of mine needed to test out her hair styling skills for college and I agreed. Didn’t think it would end up like this.”

once a month, cassia took to the streets. she dressed up, took someone out to film with her, and asked strangers questions. sometimes, they were silly questions or dares, which made great content. other times, they were questions relevant to what was happening in the world. she’d get into conversations with strangers and stand there and talk for hours. it was a lot of footage to edit, and she generally didn’t dance for a few days while she sat in front of the computer with minimal rest. it was well worth it, though, when she read through the comments. today, she was trying something new and was intrigued to find out what the audience would answer. she stood on the sidewalk of a busy l.a. street with a grin in front of her camera person. “good moring, los angeles! i’m back out on the streets to ask a very different kind of question to the lovely and eccentric citizens of l.a. i hope you like this style, and if you don’t – let me know!” the brunette turned to face someone who was walking by. “excuse me, would you want to be in a quick video?” she raised her brows and smiled wide. “i just need you to answer a question for me, okay?” once she got consent, the girl braced herself. “what is one thing you wish you never heard in your life? a sound, a statement… anything.”
Alisa was a little bit stunned by the stranger who had walked up to her. She was used to people coming up to her but she seemed to stun her just a bit. “Uh sure why not.”She replied with a small smile on her face. She bit her lip as she listened to her question as she thought for a moment. “One of my teachers told me to give up my dream of being a musician, he was always a bit cranky anyway.”

“I took my then 4 year old nephew to Disney World a couple of years ago, and since it was summer time, there were so many kids there before the school year started. Going with my husband during the week sometime soon would be nice.”
“Oh my goodness that sounds like the worst time of year to go there. I can’t imagine what that was like.” She said shuddering at the thought. “You could have at least a good bit of peace and quiet.”
Alisa sighed as she sat down at the bar, looking in the reflection of her phone and messing with her very curly hair. “I must admit this is a very different look for me. I don’t know if I should keep it or not”She said to nobody in particular.

“Well, that’s why one of these days, I just want to take my husband to Disneyland. Maybe a day during the week, before spring break season starts, when kids are in school, so we don’t have to deal with other people’s whiny children.”
“Oh that would be the best time to go. When I went there was far too many people around and I honestly have no idea how many screaming children I almost bumped in to.”

“I don’t even think they’re paying attention to me. Which is crazy because everyone should pay attention to me.” Sutton mumbled with a slight pout on her lips. At this moment, she should have honestly just got up and had a drink at home, but then there was the case that she couldn’t go home. “Clearly, you’re not going to give me what I want…and that’s a shame because I could give you money.”
“I’m more of a pay some attention to me type of person, even though my profession is kinda one where all eyes have to be on me.”She replied looking at her for a moment and sighed. “Fine I will get you just one drink but I am not taking your money.”

“Oh yeah, I’ve been to Disney World in Florida and Disneyland Paris. It’s all the same with little kids. Some too little to be able to remember it. My youngest nibling will be 3 this year, which isn’t the same as bringing an infant to the park, but I still feel like that is too young.”
“Yeah, I think that it would end up with a cranky child at the end of the day. I’m just glad my family doesn’t have young children,well ones that didn’t come along for the trip.”

“Oh yeah, we had some fun. We took a trip to Eilat, a resort town in the south of Israel. Yeah, maybe one of these days, my family will come stay with me here in LA and we’ll take a trip to Disneyland. My husband is bugging me to go there one of these days,” said Hodaya.
“Well it is fun when you have family there or even friends. Just be careful of the families with really small children unless your family has them too then it’s alright.”

“Parents at Disney can be so entitled. They act like they are the only one that paid to be there. That’s why I prefer the dancing. Then I don’t have to communicate with any of them,” Emmy nodded. It sounded horrible, but it wasn’t like she was the most social person, so keeping things to herself was easier, included while she was at work.
“I wouldn’t know from experience,but I was there over the holidays with my family and people were so rude and stuck up. Good thing they didn’t understand us badmouthing them.”

Work was rough today. Even though she worked at the “happiest place on earth,” she saw the bad side of Disney from time to time. And by that, she meant the holidays. With the last day if the Christmas crowd, Emmy was so relieved for it to go back to normal. “I’m a dancer for parades and they made me friends with Mickey and help him meet people. I have never dealt with such idiotic people in my life,” she groaned, the old fashioned clearly not helping her relax. “I understand the holidays mess up schedules, but I can’t wait to be dancing again.” @itneverrainsstarters
“That sounds like it was a really tough time, the holidays can be a pain in the butt sometimes. However, I am glad to hear that you are going back to dancing soon.”

“I just got back from 2 weeks in Israel on New Years Eve. And man, I had a great time spending Chanukah with my family and friends back home, but I’m now so fucking jet lagged. I just stayed at home with my husband and ate pizza and drank beer to ring in the New Year,” said Hodaya, “Anyways, how’s it been for you these past couple of weeks?”
“That sounds like a really fun time.”She said smiling. “Well I spent Christmas and New Years with my family over here. It was pretty fun showing them around, my sister was really happy to go to Disneyland.”
