Vulnerability yields truth from pain; 

Innateness of our existence transcendent. 

The energy permeating all human dimensions, 

An essence that does not die. 

Together we are the wounded healers, 

Scarred by life’s sweet pains. 

but to bind one’s wounds with understanding, 

Gives space for others to speak without fear. 

In truth, our wounds do too bear beauty, 

As for them, we grow strong. 

Through recognition of these imperfections, 

Together we may share and be liberated.

Run

When the past is staring you in the face, it’s difficult to feel free. I can feel myself melting into memories. I catch myself. Stop myself. 

Count all of my blessings and do things for the value that I assign to them, not for anyone else. 

I vow to do everything with passion and fervor. I am now at a place where I am able to give all of who I am; be selfless. 

In this, I hope to discover, uncover, me in my vocation, in my faith, in life. I have come this far. I only owe it to myself to do this and to do it for me.
