it's been a long time coming but here's my entry for entry for @underavenwood 's #theorandtiys, hopefullyI'm not to late to enter. This was definitely a challenge and I have over 30 different concepts sketches to prove it, but I'm very happy with how this final one turned out. I like to call it "the living volcano" but it's not its official name. Some lipsyncing practice!  As you can see, my MO for lipsyncing hasn’t changed much–find a song with a big emotional bit and DO THE SCREAMY BIT. But this time I also wanted to try a little subtlety!  And to experiment with some of the stuff I’ve learned at work!  And it’s definitely served its purpose. :)
