i rarely post.. and am barely active on here for now. i wont post new works unless i feel satisfied with them to a certain degree... which is almost never.

my OTP is puzzle (❤️💜). i won't be drawing any romantic pairings that involve dark yuugi/atem and/or yuugi with other characters.

that said, i dont really care how you tag my art ship-wise, just keep the above in mind... if there's a post of mine that i specifically don't want to be seen as ship, it will be known in the tags.

art tag for my ygo stuff: #a-n yugioh dump. refs for my redraws are hidden under read-mores.

i tend to yap a lot in the tags. if there is no yapping, that is a warning in and of itself.

i also post my puzzle art over on ao3 (restricted for now, might lift it later but i can't guarantee it).

do not reupload/reuse my art anywhere without my permission.

Welcome to PuzzleJune 2026: ...To Explore The World WIth You!

It's another PuzzleJune and another month to celebrate our favorite soulmates! As always, this month is all about finding that creative spark to celebrate the amazing relationship between Yugi Mutou and Pharaoh Atem from Yugioh DM. Creative freedom is welcome in any way you want to share your interpretation of their love with writing, art, or whatever art you feel like expressing yourself with!

We want everyone who wants to participate to express themselves freely. You don't need to do a prompt every day. You can do one prompt a week, one prompt for the whole month, or pick and choose which prompts you want to use for your creative works. You may want to use multiple prompts for one work. No matter how you go about it, we want to see it, whatever it is! However you want to celebrate is great! This month is all about coming together to celebrate our favorite puzzleboys. The theme may be about travel, but your work does not have to be. Write or draw about whatever comes to you with the prompts!

will be trying to get my doodles in order and actually make them look good enough for posting soon.. if i suddenly start posting art consistently on here, know that a good chunk of these were originally just simple sketches drawn weeks/months ago and were stuck in limbo due to the lyricstuck project.

considering that JP, KR and CN sides of puzzle have a dedicated ship name for toei/early manga dark yuugi x yuugi (魔表, 마왕진), i'm a little surprised EN doesn't have one. i mean we got blind for (pharaoh) atem x yuugi...

#a-n rambling #im thinking its cuz while the toei anime has garnered cult classic status in the fandom its not like. super well known either #and i cant think of a good name for it either so what do i know #the characters used for that iteration of dark yuugi stand for “demon king” which is why some you see the name romanized as “mao”#which. makes me think of cats. he is a cat #having a single ship tag that (mostly) everyone uses is pretty convenient though im just thinking over here...

as someone who just drops off whatever i finish on here and runs off right after, it is always a jumpscare seeing my stuff in the wild. maybe its the pfp...

watched pyramid of light in sub cuz me and a friend were curious on the differences between the dub and sub and. it was interesting.

#a-n rambling #it didnt feel like the dub version at all #the editing music script etc were so different it was like a whole other experience #like i still have issues with the plot and its nowhere near perfect ofc but i enjoyed it #also the ending theme is very puzzle #i was gonna write down all the puzzle moments from this iteration cuz theres quite a bit but i think itd be interesting if someone would #write abt all the script differences in general #4kids really shouldnt have cut down the run time the dub could have used those extra 12 minutes of shots………
