Happy Valentines Day<3
#She was the first woman that used her correct pronouns. And called her beautiful. She felt accepted for once.
i feel like this might be a bit farfetched but considering the actual ending was probably worse than this JUST HEAR ME OUT !!!! hyun-ju should have won.
she was such a girlboss. she protected others, truly cared about others, got through the games just fine by herself, killed the most guards during the rebellion and was one of the only people to live through it despite being seen shooting the cameras, she brought her fists to a knife fight and WON. TWICE. TO THE POINT SOMEONE SAW HER GIRLBOSSING AND WALKED THE FUCK AWAY BECAUSE HE KNEW HE COULDNT HANDLE ALL THAT. if they wouldve kept her alive they wouldnt have had her injured (as i truly believe the only reason they got her ankle injured was because itd be a good excuse to say she "had her guard down because she was injured and just found the exit" even though she was literally in the army and definitely wouldve actually felt 333 behind her) she wouldve decided to carry 222 through jump rope within less than half a heartbeat and wouldve won ("but she wouldnt be able to jump holding that weight !!"
yes she could LMAO)
im a bit fuzzy on how she'd handle the rest of the games as she was very opposed to harming others herself in ways that WERENT self defense, but i feel thats why she SHOULD win. the point of the games is to make people turn against each other in vile ways (like how 333 and 100 acted) but she didnt do that. she helped people throughout the entire game until her death, she literally died trying to save others. her winning would be such a good message showing kindness and goodness is better than hate and evil like how capitalism forces people to become, something like that. while it isnt fully accurate to do with reality i feel giving people hope is better than being accurate in this situation as giving people hope could cause people to become inspired to change things and MAKE it accurate. plus, people love her!! i might just be biased but i feel shes a fan favorite and itd be such a sweet moment seeing a trans person win something like that by refusing to give into what the games wanted her to do. idk just something ive been thinking about
"hyunju wouldnt be able to carry junhee while jumping!"
YES SHE COULD LMAO, REVIVE MY WIFE !!
