Merry Christmas everyone, and especially @mint-stone who I was the secret Santa for the @tmnt-secret-santa . The prompt was “Rottmnt Leo, younger turtles, pda, cuddling, just something that feels soft and homey w/ family”.

I thought about doing one photo with all of them cuddling, but I couldn’t get something that In which I liked, so I opted for making 3 different pieces with Leo hugging his bros. Was it easier? Probable not.

Guess what I did the past 3 days instead of doing anything productive with my life? I sketched the Mad Dogs 42 times because I have no impulse control.

But honestly, filling 5 pages of my sketchbook in 3 days feels great because usually I don’t full half of one in a day. I was very inspired just to figure out how these characters go and I love them all. So yay!

Another draw this in your style, this time by @cookievampiress . I just loved the mask and the mystery with her. Like who is she who’s skull is that what’s up with her hair and and I… I love her. Also, apologies about her skin being kinda weird. I don’t have any browns that aren’t extremely saturated, so hopefully she doesn’t look too odd.

First time I’ve drawn anything in awhile, and I gotta say, I’m glad I did this! It was a good way to get back into the swing of things. Anyway, this is a DTIYS of @dora-theworlddestroyer ‘s “bby catto”. Markers aren’t really “my style” but since it’s been so long, I tried out a few new things.

Also, pay no mind to the sleeves. I was probably 95% done with this when I was looking through your blog Dora, and I saw another ref of this gato, and. Um… no one needs to know.

I finished this almost a month ago now, and I guess I forgot to post it here. Well anyway, here was the description I put in amino:

“So here’s the 4th ink kid I’ve done so far. I feel her pose is more fluid, still a bit awkward, but better. The colors I think work better. There’s enough contrast so boring blends in, and enough harmony that nothing seems out of place. Also the hands are much better than he last one.

So yes, I’m fairly proud of this one. Hopefully the next one will be even better!”

Also, I’ve done very little art since this, so the false hope instilled in that description is… incorrect.

Another Splatoon Character!

I enjoyed how this turned out, but it ended up really dark, and even though the ref has her as black, I think it would have turned out better if I made her white or not as dark, because her clothing is so dark. But I had fun with the purples!

Again, just practicing with the watercolor pencils. I thought Inklings and Octolings were bright and fun, so I decided to draw some of those. There’s 1 other finished one, but I hate how it turned out, so have this guy.

I defiantly need to learn how to do skin tones with this set. You’d think with 72 colors, it would be easy XD
