OMG, day totally made!  Just read on tvline.com that Marg is joining the Fox pilot “Behind Enemy Lines”. 

According to TVLINE, she will play a “fierce but fair” Navy Admiral.

Sigh...I really miss CSI and Catherine Willows. Her badassery is legend.

Key art I painted for the theater production of the classic play for Arena Stage in DC starring Marg Helgenberger best known for her work on CSI. Pretty simple portrait but had a lot of fun researching period appropriate clothing, softer brushwork, and working on top of a big ‘ol slab of bright red.

5 TV shows you would like to see Marg on.

I was asked to name 5 TV shows I would like to see Marg appear on.  A tough but interesting question. I’ve actually deleted most of the season passes off my DVR for shows I had been watching because I’ve gotten bored with them.

Ideally I’d like to see Marg in a new show of her own. Maybe something football-themed, like a Friday Night Lights meets The Blind Side kind of deal. If I have to pick current shows though, here are my 5:

1.  Code Black

2.  Orange is the New Black

3.  Once Upon a Time (depends on the storyline though)

4.  Grace and Frankie

5.  Veep
