Day 62 - A lonely summer

I think I need to explain why the phrase "you'll surely atrophy" is SO funny to me and my friends, so here it goes.

Basically, when we got to that line, the person reading Alice's lines, had never heard the word atrophy before. And those of us who had heard it before, wasn't 100% sure what it meant. So we Googled it and we were struck by just how... odd, it was for Alice to use that word. 😭

His sentence kinda makes sense but it still sounds very weird. Almost wrong, grammatically speaking...

So of course, this spiralled into us making a headcanon that while Alice was in prison, he spent his time reading a dictionary and just picked out words he would like to use in his everyday speech.

And this eventually spiralled into us headcanoning that he was just itching to use atrophy in a sentence and when Sara talked to him he finally got his chance to say it. And when you look back? That kinda makes sense because if you see what Sara said before this it makes it seem like Alice just randomly steered the conversation into a different direction (at least in the English translation) JUST SO HE COULD USE THE WORD ATROPHY
