Remember a few weeks ago when I reported that Married To Medicine Star, Quad, filed for a divorce? Well her husband, Gregory is now accusing her of emptying their home. TheJasmineBrand reported that Gregory filed new documents in court accusing Quad of removing their bedroom/living room/basement furniture, washer & dryer, 2 TV’s and light fixtures without his consent. They allegedly have a Automatic Domestic Standing Order that he feels she purposely violated. Greg is requesting the court to order Quad to return everything she had removed from their home. Everyone is losing their cool right now in regards to Ayesha Curry. A new NFL policy has been passed giving the football players 2 options. They can either stand for the national anthem or stay in the locker room. According to The Blast, Fashion Nova is being sued by a fraud prevention company for up to a million dollars. Riskified, Inc. claims that they entered a deal with FN back in May of 2017 to provide card screening services. The Blast got their hands on documents that states, Riskified, Inc “provide fraud screening services to assist e-commerce merchants in managing the risk of fraud in on-line ‘card-not-present’ transactions, where purchasers cannot physically present their credit cards for the merchants’ inspection at the time of order and payment.” _____________________________________________ The original deal was for FN to send a limited amount but as of November 2017, the agreement was amended and FN was suppose to send all transactions through them. Riskified claims that FN was suppose to pay Riskified 0.575% of the total order amount for all sale transactions. FN allegedly began slowing down the amount they we’re sending Riskified and then stopped all together. ____________________________________________ FN was allegedly charged monthly but never paid.
