For 3 days, just affirmed "I am in my desired reality so I always wake up in the void state" whenever I thought about my desires. I also listened to a subliminals randomly thought the day. On the 3rd night, I tried listening to void subliminal as I going to sleep but I ddint want up in the void state, but I didn't let that discourage me and continued affirming. On the 5th night, I laid down on my back so I'm relaxed but I don't fall asleep immediately (I'm a stomach sleeper) I counted until god know what maybe 250 or smth until I'm relaxed. Then I started affirming for the void. "I'm in the void state" "I feel like I'm floating" "I'm entering the void state right now" etc and then I drifted off and started thinking about my desires ans visualizing them. After a while, I realized that it's pitch black and I cannot feel my body or anything IT WAS SO FREAKYYY. I knew I was in the void, i panicked a little so I quickly affirmed that I have everything written in my google document (which was almost 30 pages..) I calmed myself down and it was sooo relaxing. After I woke up, I SWEAR TO GODDD my entire life was different. It was so fucking weird I'm still in shock even tho it's been like.. 2 weeks?
how to enter void?
I already mentioned that in my first post.
For 5 days i affirmed "I always wake up in the void state because I'm in my desired reality" everytime I thought of my desires.
On thr 5th night, I laid I bed and counted up to 250-270 until I relaxed
Then I affirmed for the void state
After a while i drifted off and started visualizing my desires
Before I realized it, I entered the void state!
i know yall are trying to be funny or relatable with those memes about “why do i keep waking up in this reality” or “me when i don’t shift” etc but trust me by doing that you make even more harm to yourself lol
be “delusional” (i hate using this phrase but i guess i have to use it), right now go to the mirror and say:
why is shifting so easy for me omg!! it really is as easy as they all have been saying! i shift whenever i want and anywhere i want! i’ve officially mastered shifting! literally like.. why am i so good at it? i never have to worry again because i did it!!
and keep saying that until it is stuck in your brain. because it’s not “being delusional”. these words are facts.
if i see one more “negative meme” about shifting and your abilities im gonna bang my head against the wall :’)

75 Hard loa rules
1. Embody Your DR Self Daily:
• Spend 10-20 minutes visualizing yourself in your DR. Imagine how it feels, what you see, and how you think. Fully embody that state during this time.
• Live your day as if you’re already your DR self. Make decisions, react, and think from that perspective.
2. Affirmations Practice:
• Repeat affirmations that align with your DR (e.g., “I am already in my DR” or “Shifting is natural and effortless for me”). Do this 2-3 times a day or whenever doubts arise.
3. Mental Diet:
• Monitor your thoughts. Anytime you notice doubts, fears, or negative assumptions, consciously replace them with positive affirmations or empowering beliefs. Delete social media if you need to.
4. Gratitude Practice:
• Write down or mentally list 3-5 things you’re grateful for in your DR every day. Gratitude aligns your energy with abundance and fulfillment.
5. Daily Study:
• Find successful shifting/manifest stories. Focus on that feeling of motivation and joy and knowing you’re in your dr.
6. Visualization Before Bed:
• Before sleeping, imagine waking up in your DR. Feel the joy and ease of already being there. Drift off with that feeling.
8. Stay Consistent for 75 Days:
• No skipping, doubting, or breaking the rules. If you miss a day, start over at Day 1.
😭😭😭 I ENTERED THE VOID STATE AND IT'S LITERALLY CHANGED MY WHOLE VOCAL CORDS!!! Like, WHOA. 😱 You guys don't even understand. Before all of this, I was a mess. Lemme tell you the full tea.
So like, I used to cry at night, scrolling through Tumblr, seeing everyone else manifesting their dream lives while I was stuck in the same old cycle. 😩 You KNOW the feeling! I even DELETED my Tumblr at one point because I was SO sick of seeing everyone else actually living their dreams, but then I would redownload it like the next day because I couldn't resist!! And then...the whole studying-for-exams thing? LOL don't even get me started. Like, I'd be like "I'll just enter the void state before my exams and manifest straight A's or whatever" (spoiler alert: I didn't.) I'm never really failed any subjects. At least not badly😬
I was starting to get frustrated, right? So then, one day, I was like OKAY, FINE. TIME TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. And that's when I started SATS (State Akin To Sleep). It sounded crazy at first, but honestly, I was down to try anything! (Even while coping with my MADD. Yes I'm one of them. No I'm never getting rid of it.) So I started visualizing my dream life, and LET ME TELL YOU, I GOT SO DETAILED. I was in Velaris with Rhysand (I'm an ACOTAR fan), feeling his WINGS!!! I was literally touching them and just imagining how amazing it would feel to be surrounded by magic and beauty. And I wasn't even thinking about entering the void or anything. I was just feeling the vibezzz. Like, I know that it felt real, and that's what mattered.
Fast forward to a month and 3 weeks of doing SATS (Yes, I skipped some days, but WHO CARES? 😤). And guess what happened? I woke up today, and BOOM! I was in the void! Like, I didn’t even need to know how it happened, it just DID. I just said "Anything i say comes true exactly the way I want it." I said it over and over and over. Until I decided it was enough. Then I thought of leaving, and I was back in my room. Thank goodness I didn't think of leaving when I first entered, because this was literally like a lifetime opportunity I couldn't screw it up.
I actually had to safeguard myself, by saying "I am not impulsive". And the urge to say nonsense just disappeared ✨ That was the first thing I said when I woke up. So I wouldn't say any crazy shit. And so I was sitting there, ready to just start manifesting everything I ever wanted. I even started writing my script. maybe that was just an adrenaline rush.
But here’s the thing...GUYS, NOW THAT I’M HERE....in my room with this "ability"...I’m actually kinda missing my old self. Not the sad, desperate me, but the me who was SUPER EXCITED about just wandering around Velaris at night and dreaming of all this happening. Like, I actually miss that excitement. Looking through Pinterest and seeing the interior of a mansion, and be like "I'll be there soon", seeing pics of tasty food on instagram and saying "I'll eat that soon" I know it sounds crazy, but when you finally get everything you thought you wanted, it’s like...IDK...a little too perfect? 😬
Like, I know this sounds wild— and weird, but it’s TRUE. It's true for me right now. I'm gonna be blunt. The success story is not as exciting when you’re like actually living it, you know? Or maybe it's just me. Like, I’m just over here typing this at 4 AM, feeling kinda melancholic. And kinda (scared). Yes, I wanna enjoy my desires, but... I don't know. I don't want to get too curious and stray from Velaris trying to find out the secret behind ALL of this. For goodness sake, this is crazy!!! My voice is a genie!. It's already bugging me now. I know, I KNOW, this is probably not what you expected from a success story, but I’m being REAL.
I’ve written like 3 pages of my script so far, and I’m just gonna finish it tomorrow. No rush. Because honestly? Rhysand’s not going anywhere. 😉
And YOU can do this too. I know some of you might feel like “Oh, it’s impossible, I keep failing!” but like, just take a second and realize YOU'RE ALREADY GETTING CLOSER THAN YOU THINK. I was stuck too, and look where I am now. Don't look at the part where— I'm kinda ungrateful. But the part where I'm finally gonna meet Rhysand. YOU’RE SO CLOSE. It’s all coming together, trust me! 💖✨

First of all, I’m so happy for you and proud of you. You really put your foot down and gave yourself what you wanted.
I can understand what you mean when you say the success story isn’t exciting when you’re actually living it. But when it’s right in-front of you, it doesn’t feel like this out of reach thing you’ve put on a pedestal anymore. It’s just yours. And it feels normal.
But for some people, I think a big part of that came from the dopamine rush people would feel when they’d tell themselves that they’ll have it one day. And when they have it in the 3D, they just feel peaceful with it because there’s nothing to “chase” anymore.
I agree with most of what you said apart from “you’re so close”. With the law of assumption there is no process. You ARE the void. Anyway enjoy having your desires. I’m really happy for you!!😭 Love you too beautiful ♥️
There are no circumstances
What makes you think that you can't have it? Your so called unique circumstances? What makes you think that they won't change? Actually the question is what makes you think that if you can manifest these circumstances so perfectly then why not manifest exactly what you want?
Everything in your life, whether you know about the law of assumption or not, was made by you. It's like the law of gravity. The apple that falls from your hand is gonna drop to the ground no matter if you know about gravity or not. That's just how the law works. If you can imagine it you can have it. When you imagined not having/getting scared/being nervous about not having it you were just reaffirming that belief into your life. You were just assuming more on how this is the way things are and this is the way it would be. Things could be the way it is because how you were brought up or how things have always been. But knowing the law now, you can choose to change. You can choose to change your thoughts now and here. This is not a one time solution for certain things you want. This is your life. This is how you should be living.
Even if you quit because you just can't seem to manifest what you want, it just means you're accepting you can't have it because you don't have it at the moment right? So basically you're just manifesting perfectly on not having it. You get that right? It's alright if you don't want to but I wish you'd understand how easy it is -
You either have it or you don't. That's it. You can choose to understand that it's already done or you can choose to think that the circumstances are too bad and you can't have it. Either way you're exactly right. You're gonna have exactly what you say.
The law of assumption doesn't mean you get what you want. It means that you get what you think/assume you have. If you can understand this, there is nothing in this Universe that can stop you from getting everything you want.

So basically what happened was i shifted to my desired reality lol. It's funny fr fr all you have to do is persist. I kept saying to myself "I'm in my desired reality" each time my intrusive thoughts tried to convince me of the opposite. There were days where I would be in tears bcs " I'd wake up in my my cr" but i immediately thought to myself stop pitying yourself Creators don't do that trust your word you're in your dr. I'm typing this rn from my room that looks exactly like the one i saved off Pinterest with a whole wardrobe i desired and everything after having a sleepover with my friends. Stick to one thing and constantly repeat it regardless, be consistent, repeat i swear manifestation/shifting isn't some made up lie. You CAN be stressed out about something and have it manifest. I dislike the misconception that if something bothers you or if you're sad about it you can't manifest what you want. Something has been stressing me out all week but I just kept repeating my affirmations and at 2 am I woke up with a start, checked my phone and it had conformed.
You don't have to feel good to manifest. Before I went to sleep I was mostly tired and sad but I repeated my affirmations and I woke up to it anyway.
You shouldn't feel bad for feeling bad. The best thing you can do is always to be kind to yourself. It's ok to take a minute to calm down. It's ok to cry or self soothe or whatever you need to do to feel better. You can do all of that and still manifest.
It's ok if sometimes you feel anxious or like it isn't working, just keep going. Affirm anyway. Take a nap, drink some tea take care of yourself but keep going.
All I am asking is that you affirm what you want and avoid affirming anything you don't want.
If you're worried you should know you absolutely don't have to feel your manifestation emotionally. A lot of stuff that manifests for me is something I felt like shit about and then it randomly pops up as I want it after affirming for a while and I experience a weird conflict of still feeling like it's not here and being faced with the fact it 100% is.
You can't be tired of affirming.
I don't like using these terms anymore because they just don't line up with things (imo). I think a lot of you are just overcomplicating literally everything because you think it's "too good to be true" or you think you're quirky and different.
There is one thing a lot of you are overcomplicating. Affirming. What is affirming? Think about this question. If you think it's a magical bunch of words, then you're wrong. If you think it's some outer worldly miracle, you're wrong. Affirming is thinking.

Yeah, affirming is literally just thinking. So why are we making this limiting belief that thinking in our favour is hard. What? So... You aren't tired and delusional when you think negative thoughts all the time, but you are when you're actually thinking in your favour? Do you see/hear how dumb that is?
Stop being so limiting and step into your fucking power. You aren't a victim, the world isn't against you, the only thing/person that is holding you back is YOU. You've created everything, you're constantly manifesting, it's not something you can just turn off. You're always thinking, so why are you becoming lazy and just giving into something you don't like?

Rules
No overconsumption during the challenge.
No checking the 3D. Period.
Mental diet, aka no affirming against your desires at all.
Don't focus on any resistance, don't try to argue with it or "fix it" just affirm.
The show must go on, affirm anyway.

Robotic affirmations are affirmations that are repeated without feeling. It doesn't matter how you feel when you do them.
You can do other things while affirming you do not just have to sit there. Go throughout your routine, do chores, whatever you want.
How to vaunt
I like writing down vaunts in a journal like I'm writing in my diary.
Vaunting is just thinking as if you're bragging to someone about your desire.
