Rideaux set

This is a big set with a lot of possibilities to dress your windows with curtains ! I created those with the idea of having the more modularity possible. There are 4 different models (straight, draped (right/left), centered tight and extended), all available in 4 heights (tall, medium, short and half) and in 5 materials (transparent sheer, lace, velvet, linen and patterned) with 16 color swatches. Separately, I made two modular curtain rods with two different caps. There are in three parts (left, right, middle), so you can place them freely whatever the length of your window.

This set represents 65 items in total, so I had to customize the thumbnails with a color scheme for an easier placing in game.

All the curtains are hipoly (13k) - or midpoly depending on how much your consider the limit to be 😁

100 followers gift recolors

So I asked yall a while back what you would want as a 100 followers gift, and you picked recolors, sooo… here they are :D 

I recolored three items, in 70 (!!!) swatches total, 50 being solids from a palette I made myself, and 20 patterned ones (it’s actually 8 of them with 2-3 different color variations) I assembled in Canva with the colors from the palette (ngl it was hard work 😅)

Brownstone Collection - Part Two

This month we focused on windows and doors, so that you could create the Brownstone of your dreams :)

The set includes: - Steel Windows (1 tile): tall, medium, short - Steel Windows (2 tile): tall, medium, short - Steel Window Arched Topper - Steel Bi-fold Doors: tall, medium, short - Steel Double Doors: tall, medium, short - Steel Double Arch: tall, medium, short - Traditional Window 1: tall, medium, short - Traditional Window 2: tall, medium, short - Traditional Front Door: tall & medium - Traditional Glass Arch: tall & medium - Traditional Arch: tall & medium - Traditional Stone Frame: tall & medium - Brownstone Stone Wall As there is plenty of cc to be released in the future this set now has shared textures between multiple items. For example there are 6 steel doors that all share the same textures, so for that small group of items I’ve been able to make the file size only 1/6th of what it would usually be. For those of you that used the merged version, there isn’t any difference to the installation process, but for those that use the unmerged files, you will also need to make sure you include the “texture” files, to make sure everything appears correctly in game. For keeping a more organised mods folder, I’ve made sure to include part 1 of the set into both the unmerged and merged download options.

Artz Living Room - CC Pack

Hi guys!

My new line “Artz Living Room” is here! I started this pack with a Chaise Sectional I always wanted to have in TS4, this sofa is made for functional use so I think it’s very cool for any living room.

Also you can use this as a Divan. Pretty isn’t it?

Another cool object is this Bar Cart, it comes in two versions: end table and a functional bar cart! both with custom slots so you can decorate it as you want.

Shelves are absolute helpful when you try to organize your Sims home, I made 5 different designs with a lot of custom slots!

This line comes with a lot of swatches as well!
