I started a journal recently. These are a few of my favorite spreads I’ve made so far! I’ve been wanting to start a journal for a while and I’m daydreaming of all the supplies I want for Christmas!

Studying some more French verbs today! This time I was focusing more on the reflexive stem changing verbs. Honestly they are the most difficult verbs for me.

I’m learning so much from my African Civalizations class. I cannot believe the amount of history white America has erased from textbooks to uphold this racist system.

I was taught last year that medicine began in the United States/ Europe and now I found out the truth that there is evidence to suggest medicine originated from ancient Egypt!

I hope to learn so much more about African cultures and learn the real history that my government keeps us from knowing.

Anyway, on another note my doctor has started me on Lexapro for my anxiety and panic attacks and I’m a little worried about it but I have hope that it will help control my symptoms :)

~ Behavioral Neuroscience Notes ~

I was going to draw the figures myself but I ended up printing them instead because I would have been more focused on the drawing than the content. I’m also not finished yet and I have 3-4 more pages to go. This is fun yet exhausting. I am very excited to finally be taking my first neuroscience class, however I never realized how much work it would be!

I have French today and I just found out that my other class is cancelled!

Just finished adding assignments into my planner and it’s already almost filled up. I decided to add some stickers to make it more fun to look at.

I am already stressed about the amount of work I’ll have in the upcoming weeks. I’m kind of regretting doing 16 credit hours. Hopefully it will be fine!
