“Stop pinning this on me! You did this.”
Today is Rachel’s birthday and we’re doing a surprise party. Graham and I are responsible for the cake and for some reason we decided to bake one instead of buying one.
“We should’ve bought one, because this cake looks awful” I admitted and Graham sighed looking defeated
“It looked so simple” Graham said “But now it’s too late. We have to go”
“Ok, but you’re carrying our vomit cake”
I was hoping the cake at least tasted good, because Graham baked it and I decorated it. I really doubt Graham’s baking skills, but I doubt mine even more.
“You suck at decorating, Lottie” Graham pointed out
I looked at him with shock in my features.
“Hey, we don’t know about the taste yet.”
“Oh, Lottie, have I ever done something bad?”
He finally parked in front of Lindsey’s house, the surprise party will be there. We organized everything and waited for Rachel.
Later, after singing happy birthday, the cake was cut and Graham and I shared a look that said “I hope it’s good”, but soon after a put a spoon full of cake in my mouth, I realized how bad was it. So bad I spit everything on my plate.
“I think you used salt instead of sugar” James added looking disgusted
“Sorry, guys, but this is pretty disgusting” Rachel confessed
I send a death glare to Graham. He looked like a deer in headlights.
“Lottie did this” he blurted
Oh, I’m killing this man.
“Seriously, it’s her fault”
“Stop pinning this on me! You did this.“ I gasped
After this we had to go shopping and buy a cake. Graham is definitely not baking a cake again.
