You aren’t in pain anymore, you can finally rest, and for that I will smile. Doesn’t make it hurt any less, my god how I can’t breathe, but you were ready. We weren’t ready, I don’t know if we could have been. But you had a good day. One last one. Just for the books. And for that I will smile.

I’m gonna miss you. So much. Family events just won’t be the same and idk if I can do it. But I feel you here still, with me. I’m sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye gammy I love you so much.

24hrs since that call and it still feels like 5 mins ago. I’m sitting at work running through all the good memories and I just want more. I love you so much Barbara! I can’t stop crying people think I’ve lost it...I guess in a way I definitely have.

But you are at peace. You fought hard and won. And that’s all we wanted for you. Peace and no pain. I’m sorry this is what it took but I just can’t help but feel relieved you didn’t have to fight with chemo again.

Thank you for everything. I’m sorry I can’t write you something better on your wall but we have to wait for family. But then I promise we will be making a nice bit up there on ure wall for you so the whole world can see the amazing woman we all know you are.
