A view of the Mon from my run the other day. In the past 6 months I've quit smoking, designed a big musical, met a wonderful human being, made new friends, adopted the sweetest kitten, and made a commitment to get healthy and get the body I want. I never thought I'd be excited to go on a run or buy a nice pair of running shoes but I am. And I'm unbelievably happy.
