This Christmas I decided I did not want to spend money, so I instead went "What if I made paintings for people instead!"

Which would have been fine if I hadn't made this decision three weeks ago. And if the only workspace I have to paint wasn't in direct line of sight of the front door of the house that multiple people these paintings were for Also Live In.

I also hadn't painted in a hot minute, and I find it very funny that you can absolutely tell which one I finished before I started remembering how acrylic works lmao

Part of me wonders if i can entice other artists on tumblr who might be vaguely aware of my existence into playing d&d with me

(Like the digital equivalent of me walking into AP Studio Art in high school, sighing about wanting to play d&d, and having like seven people i'd barely spoken to before overhear and go Lets Do It Then)

My quest is progressing (the beginnings of a party have been acquired), however I have yet to encounter an interested dungeon master (which is sort of a necessary component of a d&d group) SO:

#surely there's someone out there who actively WANTS to dm #pls i'm punctual & good at notetaking & will care so much about the world & story #i wanna play the improvisational collaborative storytelling game i miss it real bad #Let me roleplay. My dice are so sad and lonely.
