*How do you prioritize your health in times of challenging situations?
To prioritize my health in challenging situations, I focus on maintaining a balanced lifestyle that includes regular exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep. I also make time for self-care activities, such as meditation and hobbies, to help manage stress and boost my mood. Setting realistic goals and learning to say no to non-essential commitments helps me maintain a sense of control and reduce feelings of overwhelm. By taking care of my physical and mental health, I'm better equipped to navigate challenging situations and come out stronger on the other side.
*What adaptive coping strategy/ies do you use in order to grow with the situation?
Focusing and coping in making a plan or taking action to change the situation. Focusing in coping emotion like rexalation techniques, talking to a friend or engaging activities that provide comfort for my self.
