I will share strategies for improving our physical self using SMART goals.
📌 Here is my SMART goal to improve my physical self.
Specific: I will increase my workout time to 45 minutes every day to improve my fitness. This will help me build endurance, strength, and overall health. By focusing on a daily routine, I’ll be able to track my progress more effectively.
Measurable: I will track my workout time each day to ensure I consistently reach 45 minutes. Using a fitness app or journal, I’ll record the duration of each session to stay on target and make adjustments if needed.
Achievable: I will gradually add 5 more minutes to my workouts each week. This allows me to slowly build stamina and avoid overexertion, making the goal more manageable and sustainable over time.
Relevant: This goal aligns with my desire to get stronger and improve my overall fitness. By committing to a consistent workout schedule, I will feel more energized and improve both my physical and mental well-being.
Time-bound: I will stick to this routine for the next month and review my progress. After 30 days, I will assess how well I’ve adhered to my goal and determine what changes, if any, are needed moving forward.
