🖍If your school enforces having clear/mesh backpacks, pick one of your favorite color. If your school doesn't enforce clear/mesh backpacks, choose a cute backpack. I know Ross, Tj Max, and Walmart have some cheap, and pretty backpacks.

🖍Add some keychains. They can be a small stuffie, hand sanitizer holder, be your favorite character, ect.

🖍For your school supplies decorate them with stickers. Stickers can be found online, Five and Below, Michael's, and Office Depot.

🖍Depending on what grade your in you can bring markers/coloring material

🖍If you bring your lunch, getting a matching lunch box to your backpack would be look adorable.

🖍For your snacks go wild! Get that goldfish, fruit snack, animal crackers.

🖍A pretty water bottle.

🖍Keep a "little pouch" containing cute bandaids, stim toys, small stuffie, hand sanitizer, lip smacker, paci, baby lotion and tissues.

🖍Wear a cute outfit (a frilly shirt, overalls, oversized hoodie, cute socks, and onesies)

🖍Make an in school little notebook to help you while being regressed

🖍Take breaks because you're a little one that needs time to yourself

🖍Talk to your friends and/or caregiver for help while being regressed and feeling comfortable
