AU where Owen, on top of being a vampire, is also some sort of forest spirit (either caused by him being ostracized and living in the forest, or because the forest surrounding Oakhurst in the current day was majorly planted by him. Or some other reason idk)

It's why he doesn't want to stay in Oakhurst and he can feel humans traversing his forest - it's his territory. And when Abolish burned the forest down, it must've hurt as hell, very much contributing to his downwards spiral.

Idk I'm just in love with the idea that Owen in his mortal life would plant trees to make up for the ones he's cut down, only to them grow into a forest and to be then burned down.

With Pearl saying she's going to post one movie at the end instead of weekly uploads, I'm so excited to see her appear in other povs. Usually with SMPs, if you're confused about a character's motives you can just watch their pov to understand where they're coming from.

But you can't do that with Pearl, at least not until her movie is uploaded.

This + the possibility of Pearl playing a villain makes me so interested to see how far pan!Pearl is willing to go to get what she wants. Unlike Double Life where Pearl was crazy from everyone else's pov but broken in her own pov, we won't get to see how she reacts internally, how she changes over time. And I think that will make her character immediately more threatening to the audience. Because we will only know as much as the other characters do.

So uh. Forgot to announce anything here before I started, but I’ve started streaming on Twitch recently (dunno if I wanna link it, but user’s the same as here except no dashes)!

I say this because I’ve been working on making my own pngtuber over the weekend (because I can draw and I’m too broke to commission someone else) and I’m very happy with what I’ve got so far… but I’ve still gotta do the rendering. Which like. I know it’ll look SO much better once I’m done, but it’ll SUCK doing it, cuz I’m bad at it (or, more accurately, there’s almost definitely a better, more efficient way to get the effects I want, I just don’t know how, so it probably is a lot longer and more complicated than it has to be)

…In related news, does anyone have any recs for pngtuber software/any tips for beginners on like… setup/design stuff I might not have thought of? I did some of my own research, and I THINK I know what I’m doing, but I’m open to suggestions and advice cuz I’m new to this

I think the funniest thing Toby Fox could do is not have Papyrus show up in Deltarune at all and then in the post credits after you you beat the game you'd see a message appear that says "you can now play with Papyrus" and then he'd be retroactively inserted into every single chapter like some kind of new game+
