Alonzo I write this to you because in this exact moment. You feel powerful. You feel ready for change. You ARE the embodiment of change. Stop letting others discourage you from making change. You are in LA!!! If you want to make it you have to fight for it!! You are in THEE best medical field industry in California.
You have so much support from friends and family. You are eating better, you are getting out more, you are exercising, you off the medicine. Your happiness you are feeling right now is real and it’s coming from within.
Subvert expectations. Go farther. Make people mad, make people happy, make them laugh. Be yourself and don’t let anyone take away this feeling of happiness. Stay in the sun Alonzo. Stay outside. Keep moving. Hey exercise. Come inside of course, but you are one with nature. You are NOT a homebody.
You stopped out going out because you were afraid to say no. Speak back to others. You almost died because you couldn’t say no. You had to please someone. You had to be a people pleaser and it got you this.
Never again let anyone tell you what to do if it makes you feel uncomfortable.

“Please don’t get fustrated at me because I’m not as smart as you”
“Stop making people feel less than because we don’t think like you”
“I don’t like your tone, please come back when you’re calm”
Lol I say this because work is only part of your life, it’s not your whole, stop prioriziting a job you’re not passionate about. Chase after your passion. Pursue what you sought out to do.
Even if they get mad at you, those who matter don’t mind, those who do mind, don’t matter.
You’re still growing and you always will. You are not perfect Alonzo. You will make mistakes, but you will you learn.
You know who you are Alonzo. You don’t need to prove it to others. Don’t let the adult world ruin your soul.
