Location: open to downtown
Elijah always enjoyed wandering the shops downtown, finding a spot for himself to settle into before diving into work things. He typically did this on his light days, days where he could get distracted if needed. He also did this to people watch, to see how systems ran- to see what areas need bettering. Did the traffic system need to run better? Did he need to have someone out to fix or replace things? It helped when you left the office to actually see the city you worked for.
Settling down on a bench just outside one of the shops, Elijah moved to pull his laptop out, taking note of something that he had an idea for. Out the corner of his eye, he could've sworn he saw someone lingnering.
"You're more than welcome to take the seat next to me if needed. I won't be long"
