Writers block... Let’s talk about it 🤔💭🥃🚬
Whether you’re a rapper, singer, or producer, I’m sure we’ve all ended up hitting that mental brick wall that puts us in a state of creative paralysis. It’s like, we really want to make something, but we just can’t get through the obstacle course in front of us to begin the creative process. There are many different methods that different individuals use in order to get back into their groove. Some like removing themselves completely from the studio for a few hours, days, or even weeks, to try and take their mind off of it, sometimes it helps. Others keep themselves in the studio, hoping for inspiration to hit them by exploring their DAW, trying to learn new things about it, messing with different sounds, until that initial spark reignites itself. Some artists like to listen to music. Others don’t like listening to anything at all.
What are some of the ways you fight against writers block? What techniques do you use, to keep the motivation from leaving you?... Let’s talk about it. 🥃🚬
Introduction. Let’s talk about it. 🥃🚬
So here we go. I know Tumblr has been around for a long time, but honestly, I’ve never really even used it. For the first time, I’m bringing my label/brand over to this platform. Not as a way to promote my own products, but as a way to engage with other likeminded individuals who are doing the same stuff as me.
Let’s talk about music, artists, producers, engineers, promoters, distributors, DAW’s, plugins, retailers, deals, networking strategies, anything and everything... Let’s talk about it. 🥃🚬
