STORY BELOW THE CUT.

Lance McClain. Just an ordinary boy from Cuba who lived an ordinary but joyful life on his family owned farm, worrying about nothing that was going on outside of his little world but always expecting more cheerful days to come. Lance's optimism and happiness was always something his family ever so appreciated, claiming the smiles he flashed were just as warm and soothing as the sun. But just seasons change, so did his life.

Not too long after the Omnic Crisis, the crimes and rebel attacks in Cuba increased tremendously as corruption and abandonment of the locals became more severe. It was only a matter of time until the boy's family had to face the same amount of violence which not only cost the life they worked so hard on to build up, but also their own lives with only Veronica, Lance's older sister, and Lance himself surviving, fleeing as best as they could from their country and out of this chaos. Despite all efforts of trying to escape to a more safer place in the USA, Veronica had to leave her own baby brother behind in order to keep him alive and well at an orphanage, sacrificing herself and disappearing with the little one's knowledge whether she was living anymore or not ...

The kids at the orphanage along with Lance were sharing the same fate, being victims to the post Omnic Crisis disasters in their countries which were all already in great shambles. Even if some of the children seemed to be just fine and tried to continue living their every day lives, the 10 year old was still processing the trauma and intense loss he had to face while escaping this nightmare that still kept haunting him. Communication with the staff and the other orphans was pretty much at zero. If he had to talk, then it was only for a very necessary purpose. Nothing more and nothing less. His expression remained simple with no smiles, no saddened looks, no signs of joy ... It was just pure numbness, showing how lost he was in his thought, remaining as monotone as possible and staying at corners of the playgrounds with only a single teddy bear plushie in his hands.

Having families adopt some of these orphans and provide them a much better chance in life again was an every day process. Yet it wasn't very often that a cowboy would appear to a place like this seeming to simply check around the surroundings and actually approach the lost and lonely boy at his usual spot, greeting and talking to him in his mother tongue which surely made the young boy lift his head up to face the stranger. Ocean orbs sparkled and were filled with a little bit life and curiosity again as he kept on listening and talking more actively back to the older male, not expecting that their interaction would actually lead to a life of unexpected adventures, but also a more prosper, meaningful life especially for the boy from Cuba ...

Is “elite” meant in a negative or positive correlation? Because I used to know that when someone calls you an “elite” or an “elitist” in terms of RP, it mostly has a negative meaning. :o

I couldn’t help myself but make something kinda cute lol. I did my best to make them look kind legit scenes from the show. Was a challenge and I didn’t think it would come out that good but I’m satisfied. 😊

Idk if anyone’s willing to do an Overwatch AU with my Lancey Lance???

Cuz I have two ideas for him. Either he takes Ana’s role OR Widowmaker’s. A mix of both would actually be interesting. Like, he was part of Overwatch, one of the best snipers of their team, sometimes took part in Blackwatch’s missions as well, but he later got kidnapped and brainwashed by Talon, turning him into world’s greatest and deadliest sniper working under Talon’s control.

I kinda really want that but idk how many of you guys like or know plenty a lot about Overwatch lol

Lance obviously tried to be as reassuring as possible as he remained looking at his partner with a warm gentle smile. Offering his hand to him, he waited patiently until his boyfriend applied to his suggestion. However, if he truly declined on changing his hair, then he won’t force him. This is Keith’s body after all and he had complete control over it and what he’d alter about it. His suggestion on cutting his hair was merely something the Cuban thought could be a step forward into boosting the other male’s confidence a little more.

---”If you don’t want to then it’s all good. I don’t want to pressure you into doing something you’d not want to. You know I find you beautiful either way, Keith.” he added, speaking in a gentle and loving tone.
