Despite their size adult herons weigh only around 6 lb. or 2.7kg, which explains why they can perch upon such small branches.

Irate eagle and crow mad about human dumping! After watching this eagle investigate the plastic bag I couldn't help but notice all the other pieces of plastic lying about. In an area reserved for birds where you're not allowed to walk off the path to pick it up.

After investigating a plastic bag it looked as if this eagle turned to me to ask why we humans can't keep this planet clean.
