Some might say that it's terrible to clean a 100+ year old coin but I think this Portuguese coin looks so much cooler after its been hit with the dremel.

The elephant pendant process

I made this parade of elephants with some old foreign coins and silverware. I know....someone already told me it's illegal to destroy currency.

A friend from work didn’t know what to do with these coins from her travels. I drilled holes in them, hammered them on a dapping block and cleaned them with a wire brush attachmenton the dremel.
