✯ In any case, Maya was ready to try finding a breach in their formation and run away, but thankfully someone appears to her rescue. And would you look at that? It’s Allura, the princess she met at the arcade a couple weeks ago! Man, that match they had at the Fighting Street machine was amazing.

Despite saying as much, Allura still quickly glances about to observe her, and she’s it’s then that she’s able to believe Maya’s words; that, and the fact that she had acted as she normally had, the Princess could safely assume that she was alright. Relived, her serious demeanor softens, as does her features, though she’s soon after taken completely aback by her sudden compliment. Allura’s posture straightens, fingers moments later fiddling with the loose strands of hair pooling at the side of her face. “You think so? All that rigorous training did have its perks, I suppose...” A light laugh then follows after, one that had perhaps been inappropriate given their situation. It’s the faint moans of the shamblers currently surrounding them that draw her attention once again. “Oh, right—” Gaze narrowing, she turns on her feet, quickly adopting a proper fighting stance.
“Well, they’re not exactly clever, so let’s take them out quick, then look for shelter.” Without waiting for a confirmation, she moves swiftly, taking out a couple of the creatures within a mere amount of minutes.
