مَن سَلَمَ أَمْرَهُ لِلّهِ، أَغْنَاهُ بِغَيْر سَبَبٍ، وَأَعَزّهُ بِغَيْر عَشِيرَةٍ، وَشَرِّفَهُ بِغَيْرِ مَنْصِبٍ، وَأَنسَهُ بِغَيْرِ صَاحِبٍ. Whoever surrenders his affair to Allah, He will enrich him without means, honor him without a tribe, dignify him without a position, and grant him comfort without a companion.

ثم إنَّ الطريق طويل، والسلوان مؤقت، والأنس بالناس يزول فمن لم يكن في معية الله فهو هالك. The road is long, comfort is temporary, and the warmth of people fades. So whoever is not in the company of Allah is truly lost.
