I exited my room for the first time in days covered head to toe in strawberry jam. It must have been a sight, because I think my brother nearly fainted and my father began to cry and told me that his little girl didn’t have to go out killing for food.
I don’t think they realized it was strawberry jam. I decided not to tell them, and instead walked off to the washroom. It was just about the funniest thing I’ve experienced in weeks.
