Background noise

The memories are coming back…  Drums, shouts and battle cries echo between his feeble eyebrows. In the middle of his cyan eyes, there’s nothing but useless carnage. 

Clangs, cries and dying words return every time he let his eyes dream for the night.  He may be immortal and mighty at the battlefield, but alone in the darkness of his tent, he is like those mortal beings who fight for his dull cause.

Still, he needs to be ready for tomorrow. 

Felt a bit tired yesterday. Soaked in those worries and stuff… Maybe that’s the way I wanted to vent ? 

Still, tomorrow’s the day for better things.

I’m on a roll with making Neverhood OC’s! I wanted to try simple backstory’s for these boys, there just normal Neverhoodians. Quill (left) is a librarian/archivist he likes order, peace and quiet as he copy’s books from distend worlds. Lute (right) on the other hand is a musician and likes things loud and chaotic as he fills the Neverhood with music almost all the time. As you can guess they don’t get along vary well.
