You can’t accomplish God’s purpose by siding with His enemies.

How do you move on?
You don't. You just live with it everyday and time shall pass, memories turns vague and it would feel like everything was just a dream.
How come when a house is haunted the ghost is always from the 1700s? Imagine a ghost from 2007 screaming “IT’S BRITNEY, B*TCH” at 3AM
Sometimes, I sit alone under the stars and think of the galaxies inside my heart, and truly wonder if anyone will ever want to make sense of all that I am.
Christopher Poindexter (via wordsnquotes)
i’ve come to find that sometimes when you lose someone that you love, you lose a piece of yourself, too. the way a person leaves stays with you long after they’re gone, i guess. you remember the quiet. you remember the chaos. you remember the fighting and crying and the sound of goodbye. you remember breaking, lying breathless on the cold bathroom floor. and no matter how hard you try to forget, you remember it all. the memories are always there, pounding through your veins and penetrating the walls of your heart. you remember the loving, but you remember the leaving even more. you try and try to move on but you’re paralyzed by the thought of someone holding your love and then letting it go. your world stops spinning but you know that their world is turning faster and faster now that you’re gone. and it hurts. i’ve come to find that sometimes when you lose someone that you love, you lose a piece of yourself, too. and so you pick up the pieces. but you’re not sure you’ll ever be whole again.

Let me still love you through this storm and after. Just let me love you. Even only as a friend.
kabalintunaan, notes to my ex-girlfriend #1 (via wnq-writers)
When I get lonely these days, I think: So BE lonely. Learn your way around loneliness. Make a map of it. Sit with it, for once in your life. Welcome to the human experience. But never again use another person’s body or emotions as a scratching post for your own unfulfilled yearnings.
Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat, Pray, Love (via waldbraende)
Do you ever eat popcorn out of the palm of your own hand with such ardent desperation that you feel like both a wild horse and the gentle schoolgirl feeding it treats to gain its affection
this is the funniest thing i have ever read
q: how does he love you? a: with every atom of his existence q: how does he look at you? a: like his soul is screaming at him to be selfish q: how do you love him? a: with hope q: how do you look at him? a: with despair

It doesn’t take a lot of strength to hang on. It takes a lot of strength to let go.
