Bakugou is doing homework that’s due next week because he’s lowkey a nerd
he’s been busy with hero training lately, so he hasn’t given you much attention
and now you’re touched starved
so you go over his study table and duck under his arm that he’s using to write notes to climb over his lap
“OI, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I’M TRYING TO STUDY HERE.”
you ignore him, making yourself comfortable on his lap. you wrap your arms around him and lean on his sturdy chest, inhaling his caramel scent
he softens at your body engulfing him, his initial annoyance gone immediately
“stupid girl, distracting me from my homework,” he grunts but rests his chin on your shoulder. he’s tired too, and this is exactly what he needed.
“you can still do it,” you murmur against his chest. “i’ll just stay here and be quiet.”
he drops his pen and wraps his arms around you, squeezing you tight.
“well, if i’m gonna hug you, i’m not gonna do it half-assed,” he says, clicking his tongue as if he’s annoyed, but he rubs your back the way you like it
when you’re content, you pull away from him to let him go back to studying
but he pulls you back on his lap and traps you in his arms, placing his chin on your head
“stay,” he grunts, using his hands to wrap your arms around him like earlier
your chuckles tickle his chest. “i thought i was a distraction.”
“shut up and let me hold you.”
you laugh again, but you stay silent after. you close your eyes and enjoy his warmth
he looks down at you and sighs before placing a gentle kiss on your head. he’s happy that you’re in his arms, that he can hold you with such love and comfort.

and sometimes, when you remember that, you have the sudden urge to make him feel all your love
so when he was reading a book on the couch, you sneak under his arms, leveling your face with his
“y/n?” he blinks, his face getting as red as his hair on the left side. “what are you doing?”
you grin up at him and pepper his face with kisses before settling on the crook of his neck, smiling against his skin. after wrapping your arms around his body, you squeeze him tight, wanting him to feel your overwhelming love

the poor boy’s just surprised that you’re showering him with affection, but he snaps out of it to embrace you
he melts under your hold and runs his hand through your hair. it’s supposed to calm you down, but instead, it calms him
“are you upset?” he asks because he really doesn’t get why you’re being like this
not that he’s complaining
“no,” you look up at him again to kiss his lips. “i just love you.”
he blushes again, so he gently pushes your head back to his chest. “i love you, too, y/n.”
you guys stay like that for a while, just holding each other as if it’s only the two of you in the world, and you guys don’t need anyone else but each other’s touch.

you’ve been at his room for hours, but he only keeps playing games with Kaminari and Sero
he keeps saying “one more game,” and yet he never comes to you
tired of waiting, you stand up from his bed and walk over to you. he barely even glances at you and you huff at him
he still doesn’t look at you
finally, you go under his controller and settle yourself on his lap. his computer chair rattles at the added weight, but he sturdies it easily by shifting you on him properly
you smile at how unfazed he is as he continued to play his game with you hugging him. he rests his head on your shoulder and whispers, “i’m sorry babe, let me just finish this game quickly.”
but you just look so damn irresistible nuzzling against his neck, so he makes himself loose, causing Kaminari and Sero to yell at him through his headphones
he throws them off and grabs your face, showering your face with light kisses. “damn it, y/n, why are you so adorable?”
you hide your blush by finding the comfortable spot at the crook of his neck again, breathing in his scent.
“sorry for not giving you attention, y/n,” Kirishima says, rubbing your back soothingly. “i’m all yours now.”
“really?” you peer up at him.
he chuckles at you, kissing your lips. “yes, gorgeous. you have all my attention.”
from then on, Kirishima makes you sit in his lap whenever he plays games.
