hello, mr. gaiman! what are your thoughts on readers buying books second hand, whether from used bookstores, book exchanges, or other sources? I have been buying lots of books from used bookstores for the last month and I was just wondering if it impacts the authors negatively?

I love second hand books. I love used bookshops. As an author, I may have lost that specific sale, but someone paid for the book already, and used bookshops, like libraries, are vital for the health of the reading community.
